Owner and lead chocolatier —Mindy Fong, dreamed up Jade Chocolates after several years working as an architectural designer. Getting inspiration from her immigrant grandfather, Mindy decided to risk leaving her successful career for something that gave her more happiness in life.

As a small batch producer, we do everything by hand.

Each chocolate bar we produce is hand poured into our chocolate molds.
